Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Members may apply for a full refund if they cancel before completing three payments, provided no claims or benefits have been used.

  • If a member cancels after completing three payments and no claims have ever been used, an 80% refund may be issued.
    (20% will be deducted as administrative and processing charges.)

  • If any claim has been made, no refund will be issued.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.


Missed Payments & Suspension

  • A 10-day grace period is provided for missed payments.

  • If payment is not received within this period, the policy will be temporarily suspended, and claims will not be allowed.


Reinstatement

  • A suspended policy may be reinstated only if the outstanding payment is cleared within 3 months from the suspension date.

  • A late fee of $10 per missed payment may apply if payment is made after the grace period.

  • Claims are not available immediately after reinstatement.
    Members must complete two consecutive monthly payments before becoming eligible to make a claim.


Permanent Cancellation

  • If payment is not completed within 3 months, the policy will be permanently cancelled.

  • After cancellation, the policy cannot be reinstated, and a new plan must be purchased.
