Members are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their membership plan before using any benefits.

2. Cancellation Process
Members may cancel their plan anytime by calling our 24/7 support line.
Plans will automatically cancel if a payment is missed and the 10-day grace period expires.

3. Account Hold & Reactivation
After the 10-day grace period, the account is put on hold.
To continue with the same account, members must resume their plan within 6 months or register a new account.
